Older players = having a lot of the stuff already = not spending much money on donuts to buy content

Newer players = not having the stuff = $$$ into their coffers

Not every event and update is going to be intended for all crowds, there is still the chance that something will happen on Tuesday or Wednesday that will whet your appetite for new stuff. There could even be a real, live, full event :roll:

I'm thinking I'm going to go with Up Up and Buffet instead of Mindy, see she was free last year and in the inflation rate of free to 145 donuts is kind of steep and I can get more use from the UU&B as I have several characters that I can send there.

No I don't feel left out. I think of it like this:

I go to a party and there's hors d'oveurs (snacks). Multiple different plates. Some I like some I don't.

Some of you are suggesting that instead of multiple plates that appeal to different tastes, there should be only one snack that appeals to everyone's taste. That sounds rather impossible.


As a vet, I appreciate:

- new items
- old items I have, becoming premium
- old items that I have which are not rereleased, become more unique
- old rereleased items which I have, I do not need to buy for donuts now

That's 3:1 ratio of appreciating old to new.

But I have a firm grasp on the concept that IT'S NOT ALL ABOUT ME. I don't need to have "the same amount of presents under the tree as the rest of the kids."

GROWING them would be cool! They could pick a character to be a horticulturist and give them a task to grow them.

Last year I recall multiple complaints about changing design of the rose bush. I can certainly understand them shying away from them this time.

I would love to visit the alternate universe where they offer the rose bush again, and count the complaints about more rose bushes. I'd expect them to be from the exact same people currently griping about their absence. Some people always see the glass half empty.

In case i don't have a chance to address you directly again, have a Happy V Day! :D

I am glad that I got everything the first time round for free so don't have to pay for it all now.

Last year, they were added as a temporary crop on the farm. I regretted not having witch Marge to speed them up, so I bought her last Halloween. Now, there are no farm roses. Kind of a bummer.
(The old rose bushes were superior, but I still like new foliage to decorate with. I think I was able to do some nice stuff with my limited rose bushes from last year.)

Pretty much!

I also don't get every premium item that comes out, second chance offers are nice for me. Sure I have a lot of content but I having old items return, gives me a chance to nab more.
