I use the Unemployment Office all the time. There is just one problem. Assume that you have one of those special tasks that require "Springfielders" to do something and only five are required. Until that task is completed, none of the other Springfield's can be sent on tasks from the UO. They'll be set aside for manual assignment only. Why not fix the code so that when the required number are busy completing the task, the rest can be sent on other tasks from the UO?
