Balloon Placement
I want all balloons and vehicles to be allowed on the road ... I am currently staging my balloons in my prison parking lot which will be where the parade begins .. Gives the fella something to boost morale ... ;-)

You could always make a road out of pavement and place your balloons there. I have been thinking of toying with that idea.
Even though I find it odd that balloons and the racecar can't be placed on the road but the roadblocks can.- I like the idea of making the road out of pavement temporarily until after thanksgiving!
- Fish balloon in the water is an awesome idea!
- I got all 3 as required by the missions, and then..nothing. No additional dialogue, no parade, no next mission, no reward. Did I just blow that much cash for nothing?
- I shoved mine in front of the town hall on some pavement. They really are a waste of money especially since I was saving to buy the post office
