Barney "Plow King" quest will not start
Hmmm I tried looking at the Wiki for you, but all it says is the quests start once u put him into the Plow King Custome..

- I too have recently bought the bowlarama & can't get the quest line to start, then found this below, is there a way to take the skin off Barney & put it back in to your inventory???
Scroll down half way to the heading called Plow King, it says not to take the skin out of your inventory and on to Barney until you do a certain part of the Barney quest line - how annoying I didn't see this before!!!!

- No not tied to Xmas, seems to be a glitch & wondered if anyone knew how to get round it???
- It's most likely tied to Christmas like Mr. Plow had a Christmas quest line but disappeared afterwards so it's likely that Plow King was to I had gotten barney after Christmas event ended and never got the quests. Also plow kings plow wouldn't affect it since it isn't tied to the quest
- as far as I know you can only start the quest during Christmas time if you had started the quest and then decided to postpone it for 7 months the quest would still work but if you could not start the quest back at Christmas time the quest will not trigger unless it's Christmas time and the christmas update is upon us
