With criteria that vague, kinda makes it hard to formulate a recommendation.- Well i like iconic characters, buildings etc. Something to make my Springfield more.... Towny?
- If you don't have Squeaky Voice Teen, Kearney, Blue Haired Lawyer, or the Tire Fire yet, mystery boxes will be your best bet. Even if you have them all, it's still a feasible way to up your multiplier via news vans and I&S billboards. Otherwise, Akira, Jub Jub, Moleman, Dr Nick, and Bumblebee Man are good choices. Either that, or wait for a rebate offer that interests you. They come around pretty often.
Are the tourists still being offered? That is going to be an amazing deal if you are looking for value. Not iconic or even canon, but three playable characters for 60 is pretty great. - If you think you're going to stick with this game for a while, it may be best to go with trying to increase your multiplier. It's a long term investment into the later part of the game. In this case I'd go with the Beach Hideaway just for the sake of the exceptional multiplier.
If you are unsure or a bit more casual about your gaming, curate a few nice buildings or characters to enjoy. Everyone has different tastes, but characters that are always top rated are Luann, Frink, Otto... some of the characters no Springfield should be without! - I will spend it on multiplier that gives at least 2 percent for 40 donuts
- The St. Patrick's Mystery Box has a couple of good deals. Groundskeeper Seamus comes with a cathedral and the Leprechaun comes with a wishing well that has a 4% bonus. Each is worth 150 donuts.
