Blurs
Popular theory is that the blurs on their costumes are because the skins have not been released yet. Same goes for Luann's squirrel costume. Presumably, once you have crafted or purchased the skin, the blur will disappear.

- I just figured the blurs were because they were doing adult stuff, at least that's what the dialogue led me to believe. It's pretty funny.
- I thought it was pretty obvious the pixelation just implied "adult activity".
Particularly after seeing Carl and Duffman together like this. Awful lot of pelvic thrusting going on!
