Same here. It is too stressful with the constant events forcing you to log on every 4h or even less.

I am more than happy with a little lull-time allowing me to get the feeling back that the game is a time waster for slow moments. I have sufficient stress in my real life that keeps me continuously under pressure and time constrains. a game that i play to bum off some time and get me to different thoughts shouldnt become one of the main contributors of stress for me.

I say, yes, let the batteries recharge and dont start an event before the end of this month or even after 4th of July. Let us earn some more money to finish at least a couple of the things that are still in our books/ agendas (money mountain, aspirationals etc.). Then, freshly replenished, let us jump on it again.

To play Devil's Advocate for a second, I agree with the OP in that it is a little boring now that you don't have to constantly check in every few hours to get the required items from sending characters on tasks...

But to be honest, I am fine with the break. I don't mind rebuilding my bank account after spending money on Burns' mountain and the newest level's building. I don't mind just sending characters on 12 and 8 hour tasks. And since I left and had to beg for new neighbors I don't mind taking a look at their towns and seeing different ideas for decorating.


Lulls in action are meant for redecorating if you have enough of a nest egg for the next level or don't need money. And if they are like past years we will see something very shortly, even if it's just a short event.

Took the words right out of my mouth mate, I just commented on a thread the other day whinging on how high demand the bob event was and said threads like this would appear. People have lost the true meaning of what TSTO is supposed to be. Gee they wouldn't have liked it when it first come out, no events for months, then again they wouldn't have know any better so goes to show how greedy and needy people can be.

I was playing tapped out when you were still in nappies son!

I played it since it was released. Pretty smart baby to catch onto that before you hey? Lol

This was the first event since I got a phone capable of playing TSTO on. It broke up the work day being able to sign-in and do a little Bob-bashing and sending characters on 1, 2 and 4 hour jobs over and over again. Now work sucks.

I like tacos. Especially pork tacos. Yum.

I am going to be SUPER bored with this game at exactly 7:47 PM GMT on June 16 if we don't have a new event to play by then.
