- Having login issues. It keeps signing me out of my account EVERY time I quit the game. I have changed the password but still having the issue. Issue only started after the update.
Only way for me to get in is to either restart the app or the device. Takes several tries of logging in every time. Worse than the Bart screen as it is much more time consuming. - Ea won’t let me log in since the update today so I deleted the game from my iPad and reloaded it from the App Store and it worked but every time I close the game the next time I go to start the game it has logged me out and I can’t log in unless I deleted the app and re load it, I need a fix any ideas cheers
- I keep getting a message that says an error occurred.

It will accept my pass word the first time once I have reinstalled the game and then the next time I go to play it logs me out and then It won’t accept my pass word and I have to uninstall the game and reload- Still getting can't connect to server on my phone but working fine from my Tablet and alternative connection method.
- I do not get any message, just the loading screen. :(
I tried my other device (both android) and there I cannot log in, it tells me the password cannot be verified. - Same, still can't get in. just loading screen all day

The same thing was happening to me all morning, even though my husband was able to play no problem. I had to reset my password before it would let me log in, but it’s been working since then. I tried to “change” it to my old password but was told it didn’t meet the criteria anymore—all passwords now have to include lowercase, uppercase, and numbers. Not sure if that’s part of the problem for everyone, but it worked for me.
