Criminal Spawn Rate
Not as far as I can tell - they still pop up regularly in my SF.

- Since I got the Collector and started crafting, I've seen a marked reduction in the number of criminals, I don't have numbers but it's pretty obvious. :evil:

Yeah, thats what i told them. I was told the engineers know about it and they are working on a fix.
