I counted Freeze Rays earlier and got exactly how many I expected for a 5 minute re-spawn rate.
Maybe one of you people who are only getting 1 every 10 minutes should contact Customer Support and ask.
No wait! Maybe it's supposed to be 10 minutes now and we're the ones who have a glitch! They might fix it and I wouldn't get any more donuts...
