- I haven't thought about the spawn rate to much, but noticed when issue 3 started that I don't earn as much freeze rays as I should. :( My daily average in issue 2 was about 7000 pies/day, but now i earn about 6800 freeze rays/day, which is totally illogical now that every criminal gives you more (20 freeze rays compared to 18 pies.) :?

It has been really weird how some people have found a lower spawn rate while others haven't. The fact that it's not a bigger issue though I guess means either only a few people have the problem, or its not stopped them getting all the prizes.
