This was brought on another thread and I hope that if this post has some attention, maybe EA can make it real: Please let us place cars in the roads. We already can put rail tracks so I see no problem...

You used to be able to but for some reason you can' and I don't know why.
I don’t ever recall being able to do this. Am I misremembering?
