When setting up the case select "Missing content" as your Topic. That should get you through to a support rep. - Thanks! I knew someone on the board would be able to guide me. I appreciate the help and have sent a message off to EA. Now I'm waiting for a connection to one of their online support reps...
- If you're in North America, the best option is the call-back option. They've always called me in a relatively short time (anywhere from a few minutes to an hour at Christmas time) and the results are basically instant - no back-and-forth with emails and it's easier to explain the issue when you're actually talking to a human being.
- How do i request a call back? The link above takes me to a website where I post my question and then the options are Live Chat or Email. I've tried the Live Chat multiple times and have left the dialog box open for hours with no response.

Call back is only available is certain countries. Canada and US are among the list. If it isn't showing up for you, it might not be available for your country.
Also today is a holiday in Canada - but don't think they have Canadian call centres...- I'm in the US. I can't even find a phone number for their support center. Does anyone have it?

And it sounds like you need to go ahead and click close or next on the screen or you will remain where you are at forever.
Two previous times I tried to contact EA, my only options available to select were the Me Too Forum, which is a forum like our B&I, which is troubleshot by myself and other members of this forum :roll: ...but it is monitored by an EA employee.
I especially love it when their only solution to the problem is to come here and post in our B&I thread :roll: - Their phone number directs you to their web address and then disconnects. Sorry
- Try picking technical support as an option instead. I got a button to have them call me from that.

Ha :( Nissa they've already changed that link so page doesn't work, but it will get you to the help menu.
BTW: India called back and said Gill deal will be available within 7 days :roll:
