Too late for me as well. But I think that quest was intended to replace the Burning Wrath of Fire quest line? If so, then the error may be getting 800 mistletoe instead of 400.
I'm not going to agonize too much over it. I'm on track to get Festivus CBG anyway, and probably some bonuts as well.
