EA is looking into the lagging and freezing isues

Further update from EA_Roger since the patch on EA answers, requesting more information about tappable minions:
Hello,

I would also like to add that we are aware of the following issues on top of the freezing/stuttering in-game:

Players are unable to access the Halloween event store purchases:

We are attempting to work on this issue and have passed along the information to our studio, one of our players on the EA Forums has also found somewhat of a work around here.
If you can't access the Halloween store, go to the digging site and once you run out of axes there you will be promoted to purchase more and be able to go to the store as a result.


Some characters stuck on "get milk" task. The studio is also aware of this issue and is currently investigating. In the meantime several of our players have confirmed that moving the the Kwik'e'Mart to their inventory and replacing it has solved their issue.

Some tappable minions in friends' towns cannot be tapped, we are still investigating this issue and are looking for more information:

Is this issue across all minons?
Is this only converted minions or generic Springfielders?
The game crashes after collection enough incantations to upgrade the Flanders Family Tome. Our studio has an investigation open for this issue and we will update you as soon as we have more information on the matter.

I'm just sad I get left at the station while riding the monorail.

I followed the link provided above but can't sign in to the EA site to post my problem. In my game I get disconnected every time I click on the friends icon. Then I have to enter my age and log-in info every time I want back into the game. So frustratingly!!

No fix Yet it is clear that They do not care.

Yes, it does seem to be. I wish we had the option to turn off that animation.

Ok but they are taking a lot of time to fix it. And I do hope it will be fixed soon.
