People are getting logged into the wrong towns daily and frequently too. This is something that needs to be fixed in fact this shouldn't be happening or even have been fixed already. I'm sorry to say this and I really don't want to but I don't care if EA releases the next level or any level until the summer or later the only thing that should matter atm is fixing this issue. I'm sorry if you don't like this but I'm saying this because there are many different types of players out there experiencing this some people have been lucky to have not lost anything others haven't and had all their money and donuts spent, important items that aren't available are missing characters etc.
So please EA do whatever needs to be done about this issue whether it's:
Having to take the game down for awhile sure it'll suck but if it has to be done then do it.
Or even something simple as an extra security feature whether it's an extra log in step or even a pass code to block someone from spending your donuts or selling your stuff.
Some other stuff could be
Make All premium items or at least the unique items Non sellable just like the limited time event stuff.
This Issue needs to be fixed.
1 minute your praising EA, and saying donuts arn't expensive, and now your crying about people logging into your account and spending your cheap donuts, nice to see you get what you pay for off EA. Do you think EA care if someone spends your donuts, when your'll just buy more, because like you said they are worth every penny.
You don't mind paying a premium for free to play players to have the game for nothing, but if a free to play player logs into your account and spends your donuts you complain, priceless, you all make me laugh on this forum.
Ok apparently you are blind or can't read because nowhere did I say that someone stole mine I said I wouldn't want to worry about losing it and since you think it's funny that this is a serious issue when this happens to you how about we all laugh at you.
Ratman will- Yes this needs to be fixed pronto and I agree that the extra security features should be implemented, however, I really hope they focus on getting to the root of the problem and fixing it completely. I'd like to think that if someone can't spend my donuts or sell my limited time buildings, they would just move on but as we've seen, that's not always the case. I would be incredibly upset if somebody tore up parts of my town and EA wasn't able to restore it back to how it was.
- Totally agree with all that you said! :-D

Laughing since someone stole something from you? Someone took your project and ripped it?
The 2 subjects are entirely different. It'd be like someone going to your house, stealing $100 from it, and moving all your furniture to different places, and/or taking the furniture and selling them on the corner and leaving $10 on the counter for it.
Yeah but donuts are cheap, you can get 2000+ for a mere £70 of expendable cash.
They are cheap, but if someone stole my phone, I wouldn't just laugh it off and say I'll just buy a new one; I'd want my original one back. The subjects are not relate-able. I shouldn't have to buy something twice since someone else decided I shouldn't have something anymore. Plus some of the things being "sold" are no longer offered. So even with additional donuts you wouldn't be able to "buy them back".
Best thing he can do then is just take it as a warning stop playing the game so it will save him money & time, then no one can take it, EA are always warning you, didn't they get voted worst company ? Doesn't that say it all, buy/play anything form EA at your own risk. Let's talk about something good EA has done instead of all this wining, oh that's right there isn't anything good to talk about.
Just continuing to grasp for straws. It would save him time and money, but this is a game used for entertainment. He shouldn't have to stop playing because at any second his town can be in ruins and his money spent for him. That's like saying if your house was robbed that you should never leave the house again to avoid it happening again.bee88161 wrote:

Exactly like I wouldn't want them to mess up anything like If it's something I can easily buy back like a tree or fences then it's not bad but if It's premium or limited time or even donuts id be pissedbee88161 wrote:

Did he not pay attention when I said It didn't happen to me. But I do agree with you no one should have to stop playing cause of this.SUM1HATED wrote:
Oh no EA doesn't restore it back how it was, you may get your stuff back but they put it in your infantry, plus you have to give them a list of every single thing that has gone missing, because EA can't tell what you had or didn't have, how do i know you may ask, well it happened to my sister in-law.
So if i was you I'd list every single thing you have because you may not get it back if you don't tell them about it, plus it takes a few weeks.
I'm sure when it happened to her, you just laughed and asked why she bought her expensive donuts in the first place. And how she shouldn't play Tapped Out because EA is the worst company in the world.- Great topic drosax, I agree with you 100%. This issue should be the #1 top priority for EA and publicizing the issue in this way is very noble. I'm also going to refrain from buying any more donuts until this is fixed.

Well that's the advice i get by him and a lot of other people on here when i complain about something, always get if you don't like it don't play it. Not nice when you have a genuine complaint and get answers like that is it ? so he'll get no sympathy from me, maybe you should be nicer to other forum member and if you don't agree don't reply if your going to be funny about it and are just replying for arguments sake.
If your complaint is ridiculous, then it is the truth. If it is making you upset, why would you play? If you are saying the something is really bad, then why waste your time doing that. If you hate doing something, then why do it? That is straight logic. If you go to a restaurant and they have horrible nasty food, you don't continue to go back there. You don't go back and say well the food was horrible, they should only charge $1 for it. No, you logically don't even go back there.
