Considering the responses, it looks like they are improving a bit.- They have been fairly quick for me except for the weekends. However, they seem to make a lot of mistakes. I sent an email about how I didn't get the Recycling Castle walls as my game glitched. They responded that I had 87 walls, almost like they didn't know there are 3 types of castles.
- Emailed ea About it with my account/email/mayhemID and 12 mins later already got a mail back. They gave me the 4k elixir + 400 bonus for trouble. They're still looking for a fix so don't worry. 2nd time i contacted ea and 2nd time they perfectly solved it within an hr!
