Feeder towns is it cheating??

Take it from someone who knows -- it's a lot harder having a feeder town than it is to add a friend from the "add me" threads. Logging in and out of feeders just to get a few mutant seeds (in the event they even HAVE any mutant seeds) is tremendously time-consuming.
But they help someone who doesn't feel they can be a consistently good neighbor to real people playing the game. For instance, someone who doesn't have time to visit regularly to help their neighbors, but likes to play within their time limitations ...
After all, I don't see posts in the add-me threads that say "Looking for a neighbor who only plays now and then, and who will probably only have time to visit me once in a while." ;)
