Easiest to get Fat Tony, especially after the 12 hour task. He has to make the body appear out of thin air, throw it into the hole, then patch the hole, then he steps into the street. If you catch him before he's in the street, he'll disappear to the next task.
There was another long animation for another task for another character that I got it, maybe Smithers since he dances after his task.
