Having previously passed on the Gold Mansion & Homer Ape Tower this is severely tempting w/ payout, % & abilities for funky placement 8)

I'm feeling similarly though I choose not to buy Devil Flanders so that makes it less useful for me. But you hit the nail on the head with "conversation piece", price and all, if you like it and feel some sense of pride in owning it, why not?

With all that said, I personally am waiting until after Halloween. Probably won't buy it because I haven't bought the Drive In yet either so to get both both would be another donut purchase. Either way though I am assuming we will likely some additions to the store on Halloween, right? So since the ship is around until Nov. 2nd I'm waiting. Can't have and frankly don't want everything so its prioritizing what I want most.
