I'm doing really well with gift cards and am very close to finishing the personal prize list.
I'm going to go with the majority here and give the bags to the neighbors who need them most. Hopefully Tiger/Rick heard right and we will start receiving much more gift bags to hand out (fingers crossed).
It looks as though I did end up losing several neighbors which I can only assume is because of my lack in gifting issues...
Oh well, upward and onward, I want neighbors to keep permenantly, not just through events...so in a way they did me a favor I guess.
