Harp freeze poll

I'm safe! I had my vaccines.

I don't believe these forums are looked at by anyone at EA. I have taken the following steps and would encourage anyone else having the frozen screen do the same:

1) Contact EA directly at https://help.ea.com/contact-us
You will get a case number and a form letter, but at least it's something. I submitted to multiple catagories (i.e. Tech Support, Feedback, Billing)

2) If you've made in app purchases contact apple. I used the emailed receipt with a report a problem link. Inform them you've made a purchase but aren't able to use it because of the developers error.

3) Leave a negitive rating and review on iTunes. Game rankings are something devolpers care about because it effects placement on the home screen and best of lists, and negitives discourage new users.

I have a ipad2 fully updated and im having the issue right now. Friend of mine an ipad1, ios 5 and shes never had it.

Gone through all the fixes on this forum and nothing has helped.

I installed the update in valentines day and immediately built the wiggum house but after construction was done the next day I haven't been able to play ): its been FOUR long days that I could have done and gained so much.
I've tried everything I could think of to fix it, but I guess I'm not one of the lucky ones.

Count me in for this fiasco! It is extremely frustrating.
I tried leaving it for 15 minutes as others experienced recovery after that, but in my case after 15 minutes the game just shuts down.
It seems to have happened right after I got the level experience donut prize.
EA really needs to get this fixed or I am no longer playing this game.

Anyone who got back in afraid to collect XP now??
I saw on the "other" forum that some players got the Harp Freeze glitch a second time after hitting the bonus level again.

I finally got back in, is there a way to change my vote in the poll?

I was able to recover almost immediately using an iPhone 5 with 1Gb RAM. iPad 3/4 also have 1Gb, but not the mini (512Mb, just like my iPad 2 that would not recover).

And yes, I'm terrified to gain more XP...although if I get the harp again, maybe I can get another 800 donut payout!

Just max levelled and been stuck with this last 48hrs - wtf ?

gosh 134 people already. probably a bug from the extra level-up thing they did a while ago.

I can't play and no one at EA is helping
