Nope, there's still 2 GB available on my iPhone.- Mine freezes up or lags while playing, stops responding for a second or two and if I was trying to scroll across my town when it freezes, after it starts responding again it moves around a bit before settling down. It started with the Family Guy game, but moved to Tapped Out too. But I have also noticed it on my phone as well (I play mainly on my tablet) so I'm not sure if it's a device issue

Appreciate the advice :)
Just freed up 7GB -- but still having troubles. Wonder of there's anything EA can do on their end?- Have had the same problem from time to time. Just as you I've tried reinstall, restart my iPhone 5, etc etc. none of that worked!!!
Every time the freezing solved itself with a new update. It really sucks not beeing able to play, but the instability of this game is known by all daily players.
Sad to say, the only advise I can give is to be patient and keep on trying. Contacting EA normally gives twenty doughnuts (that's what I've have received the last dour times I've complained about game problems) and that's allways nice but do not make up to missed out game play and neglected neighbours. Uf it's doing it on a different app it's DEFINITELY your device.- We'll see what happens next time I'm in. I just removed two apps, one a game that was over 1gb, and a tablet security/anti-virus app I didn't use and came free with my subscription on my pc

the town isn't stored on your device it's on EA's servers (that's how you can log into it from any device) i don't know why you think you need 5gb of free space.. no town no matter how big would use anywhere near that much space.- My games seems be running smoother since I removed those 2 things. And it was only Tapped Out and Family Guy that were affected. my general use of my tablet was not affected and neither were other games

This is about the 20th time today :?
I'm this -- close to giving up all together.
I've done everything on my phone and my tablet, updated and rebooted and reloaded, nothing works.
I sorry I can't give any advise but I'm as frustrated as Gay man in a room full of women :roll:
