That sounds like when SP first appeared and people had problems but I don't think that's the case here.
I would say keep on at EA, and if you still don't get anywhere with them, they just ignore you, make more of a fuss.

Yeah, that's correct. I can't access my SF anywhere…on my device or anyone else's.
I can access other accounts on my device.

But weird thing, other friends can still visit my SF.
