That's what happens on my phone. It just try's loading, and then it always crashes.

I do not advise that. I have Mac and had the same problem, I found a friend or ask a family member if you can download orgin to their PC. It can be deleted after. It was super easy the download took only a few min. I deleted my friend requests.

You can certainly change your PW. I did that after someone helped me out with the Harpies issue.
