HELP game keeps crashing ....

If you are playing anonymously (without an origin account) then uninstalling will loose everything. If you are playing anonymously, then get an account (as I recall it is something you do on the splash screen). Hopefully that will not crash and your game will be saved on the EA servers. Once that is done you can uninstall/reinstall.
If you are not playing anonymously then you can uninstall/reinstall and you'll only loose work done since your last sync.
