HELP **Known fixes** Harp/Noise loop/crashing/not loading/can't connect to server

Very frustrated as I have not been able to resolve. Going on day three.

I have attempted the fix posted but it keeps timing out and dropping.

I am on an ipad 2 so I guess I am asking if anyone can help. Ticked I can't seem to do it myself but really want to get back to the game.

I PM'd the top 2 guys on the list. One of them helped me the first time it happened but its been a day now and neither have replied to my PM yet.

Jen069 sorted out my harps. It's nice to know that there are still people willing to give there time to help.

Sometimes it's nice to see that you're not the only one having a certain problem with a game. But then when you find out a LOT of people are having the same problem and nothing has been done about it, that's discouraging.

Got the HoD a few minutes ago. Just completed a bonus level, sent Marge to read a magazine for 45 seconds (for a quest), and as soon as she got done, the stupid harp started. I was about to blame it all on Marge until I read this thread and realized it was probably the leveling up that did it.

Tried logging out and logging back in, tried resetting phone (iPhone 4), tried closing all background apps, and tried a combination of all of these. Nothing is working.

As far as I no unless u have an ipad 3 or iPhone 5 u won't be able to fix this by your self, if u can get hold of an iPhone 5 the there's a step by step guide to fix this, if not there are people on here that will help. Jen069 kindly sorted mine out for me but its your choice. Or just wait until the next update ( that if ea has solved this problem)

I've only got access to another iPhone 4 and a couple of 4th gen iPods so I PMed someone from that list to help me out. Luckily there are people here willing to help since EA doesn't seem to be responding.

For the first time ever since I started play tsto back last year I got the harp glitch and I've tried signing out of origin and login back and no luck uninstalled and then reinstalled the game no luck still need some help if there is any. Play on iPhone 4S. By the way it locked up right after leveling up past 26 and the extra donuts and got squeeky teen

Thanks for the help danakscully; I hope the new update fixes the Harp of Death.
