And that‘s it- I‘d send a couple of complaints but always got the same answer. IMHO they will not fix this issue because they can‘t and are not willing to do so. Sorry for the more than 10 years I‘d enjoiyed playing this game.

Unrelated but unless you're a time traveller from 2027 or somehow managed to get the game in 2006 (I read your comment from the Bugs & Issues section of the forums about you playing the game for 15 years), you can't have been playing for more than 10 years since the game isn't even 10 years old yet let alone 15.
Like what NicholasD1984 said, you should complain to EA about what that person said to you since they shouldn't be speaking like that to anyone that has a problem with their game.
@heyababy47428, I assume they're talking about the verification codes and logging in issues since their other posts have been about it.
