In addition to this, it now appears that when bringing up the Decorations menu after logging into the game, it starts the list at the end instead of the beginning, meaning you have the pleasure of scrolling through the entire list of premium or less common items to get to the far more commonly used ones such as roads, pavement, rivers, shrubs, trees, benches, etc.

The other thing I would love to see, which has been mentioned plenty of times by others on here, is the ability to create sections of pavement that are smaller than 4x4 - a 2x2 option as well as the 4x4 would allow for a lot more flexibility in making paths or having pavement sections fit between other items more effectively.
