what do you mean reddit your account? Just wait a few days. Youll probably need to do only the tasks from the day before it happened

Its a site i found today- Ok. I'm getting old. I have no idea what reddit is!
Please don't do anything drastic. If they haven't responded within the approx 48 hours that they say they will (if you went by email support), maybe try contacting them by callback or live chat, referencing the original ticket.
But give them at least that amount of time to respond first. Yes, I had a bad experience the one time I tried email support, but like I said above others have gotten a quick response. Let's hope that will be your experience too. randomtest276 wrote:

For what it's worth, if someone hacks your account, the type/length/content of your password t is irrelevant.
Actually, a good password will help them from hacking your account.
From hacking, yes.
I don't know whether some of the others here are discussing "wrong town" glitch or passwords in general.
The problem with "wrong town glitch" is that people land in our towns by accident -- not by hacking our password. That is, they would enter THEIR name and password, and magically land in MY town. They never had (or used) my password to get in, so it would not have mattered how secure my password was in the first place. :(LPNintendoITA wrote:

Yep, if he's gonna do that then there is a very high possibility he will get banned.
Just wait until EA responds back. They will restore your town and you won't have to rely on "shady" practices.- I've removed some posts concerning an intent to hack.
Random, I sympathize with what has happened with your town. We're all trying to give you the best advice to get it fixed the proper way, and I'm doing what I can to bring EA attention to it. Please be a little patient. Bravewall wrote:

I just read this thread from the beginning, and I was wondering about some people's responses. Now I understand, since you deleted some of these other posts, their responses did not make sense.
Anyway, I just wanted to state that I have only had 2 issues, during nearly 2 years of gameplay, which required me to contact EA. Both times I did so through email, and was happy with my eventual outcome. The first time, it took a few days to complete, which many people would consider too slow. However, I was fine with this amount of time. Part of this was my slow response to the incoming emails as well. I never took more than a day to respond, and have been told that they may close out your ticket on the email if you do not respond within 24 hours.
My second interaction with EA customer service was with the elixir bundle glitch, not receiving any from the truckload personal prize. I did not even start a new email chain, but actually hit reply from my previous old ticket that was closed out 9 months ago. I wasn't sure if this would work, but it did, much better than I anticipated actually. EA Tech support already had all of my account info from earlier. So they actually just responded to my post that they logged into my account and credited me with the 4000 elixir. It was nice and simple. So if you have already had an experience with EA tech support via email, I recommend sticking to this method. It certainly saved me quite a bit of time and hassle with repeating all of my information from before.- One thing I wanted to mention was that if you purchased the donuts make sure you take a screenshot of the transaction so they could refund them to you if they were purchased that is
