Sorry if this hit home for you.
I have read post after post after post about micro managing tapping and the above is a legitimate statement/question in my opinion. :?fastdan1 wrote:

Oh heaven's no! Who cares enough about a silly little game to assemble a spreadsheet?
All I do is keep track on a 6x8' white board. All of my neighbors are on one axis, and my buildings are on the other. The neighbors are color coded according to a simple matrix calculated based on the number of their visits in a week multiplied by how helpful their taps are, with extra credit points awarded for ease of navigation in their towns, how "non-grid like" their Springfields are, and how often they post in the forums.
If they dip into the Danger Zone (reds ands oranges) for too many days, they get a written warning sent by PM. After 3 written warnings, they have to either write an essay about how their behavior will improve, or engage in a quick phone consultation with me where we discuss the expectations for remaining in my Neighborhood.
Pretty easy peasy stuff. But yeah, that spreadsheet stuff is totally overboard!
Seriously, I don't care if people want to delete over whether their neighbors visit or not. Or how they keep track, or what their criteria are. I'd rather be deleted than have someone keep me on their friend list and think negative thoughts about me every day because I'm not doing what they want. There are zillions of people in the Add Me threads, so in theory everyone should be able to assemble a neighborhood full of people they are happy with, if they are willing to put whatever amount of effort in that it's going to take to do that.
I don't really have a big whiteboard for TSTO, but if anyone does, can you explain it to me so I can start one to keep my bills in order?
Hugs to everyone in the forums!

Totally agree with above statementlalaland538 wrote:

THAT is too funny!!
Spreadsheets?!?! :D I cannot even fathom having time for all that. ( or the desire)
Whispers ((((There are a number of people on the forums who do keep spreadsheets. Not that there's anything wrong with that.))))
Edit: fix punctuation. D'oh!- I believe that the people who delete neighbours are just going for maximum efficiency. Especially when it comes to getting free donuts.
My neighbours list got wiped because of the Thanksgiving update, but that meant that I could fill my neighbours list from the trifecta thread, which works well for all of us. chippers29775 wrote:

Originally I had five friends, and now because of this place I have a moderate number of strangers who all requested to friend me even though I never went into a "friend"/add me thread. (Bizarrely I have just had a series of PMs from someone asking for help with their scrabble ap and I've posted on that forum just the once!)
As for visiting, outside of events I am inefficient and I havent a clue which of my strangers are good and which are not.lalaland538 wrote:

The funny thing is I don't do any of those things. I just think it's weird (I'll use that word to be polite) to come to a game forum to criticize people for being too into that game. Why shouldn't people be into the game they play?- This one time one of my neighbors tapped my Simpson house AND my brown house! So naturally I tracked him down got on a $500 dollar flight to where he lived and took a cab to his house. Once I got there I slashed his tires and scratched the words "BROWN HOUSE!" all over his car with a knife.
That taught him what to tap and what not to tap. Harrumph! Zeosly wrote:

Dude! That cost me like $20 to get my car repainted.fastdan1 wrote:
