Ok smart guy, how are you going to tell me that you seriously doubt that they told me that when THAT IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME? You must be very sure of yourself there. If you we're smart and read the TERM AND CONDITIONS, you will see that there is only a 60 window to get a refund. After that, YOU MUST CONTACT THE COMPANY THAT MADE THE GAME.

As far as my attitude, it's none of your business how I am acting unless you work for EA. So back up off of my nuts and stop trying to correct me and try to make it seem like I am lying about what the lady at the iTunes support told me on the phone.

Bottom line is that I spent a good amount of money on this game and when this problem started I was told that I had to wait for the update to get access to my Simpsons town and I waited. Thanksgiving update came and I still can't access my town. I was willing to wait just so I can play but now I'm tired of the hassle I have to go through just tomplaybthis game that really isn't that fun anyway.

I'm not trying to be a tough guy I just want my money back. obviously you have nothing smart to say so why even say anything?

Contact them through the link I provided. The phone is a waste of time. There are several people here including myself who have had refunds by apple using the link I provided. And I have had a large amount refunded as well.

So quit acting like a child and get your thing resolved.

Unfortunately this place is only used by other gamers. The actual EA people do not ever come here, so your rant would go unnoticed by them.

I suggest you blow up their Facebook page. They actually post there.

Hello I purchased this app called "Simpsons Tapped out" I have spent about $150 on the in game app feature but for the last month I have not been able to access this app. It starts then crashes within 15 seconds. I have spent a lot of money on this app and now I it does not work. I was reading the terms and conditions and it says I can get a refund if the app has connection issues on behalf of the programmer. I was waiting for an update that would allow this app to work again but there have been 2 and I still can't access this app.
Please issue me a refund. Thanks

Hmmm I wasn't aware there was a 60 day window. Interesting. I would suggest that you contact them again and get into really detail the issue of the problem. The more you write and provide them with, the more they will be willing to help. Also contact EA themselves through their 800 number. Contact the devs through the official tapped out Facebook page. Just be aware that if you act childish in any way is includes cursing, ranting, yelling, threatening or anything like that will just result in them not going to help you. Be as helpful as possible and as nice as you can & they will help you

How bout we all just ignore this fella..... especially since EA doesn't moderate. He can yell and shout all he wants. Its like shouting in the desert anyway.:)

That's probably the best idea. Just remember this when you put time and money into something then one day it's taken away and when you ask about it they say to wait for an update then when it comes you still have nothing.

So when you work on your town just realize that all the crap you put in it will eventually be erased and/or taken away. And when you go to the forums to get an answers, everyone will not help you and infact tell you that you have to much attitude and you will be blocked by people that haven't realized that the town they are working on will eventually be erased as well.

It's just a weird cycle

Many people have lost time and money and unable to play the game sometimes for days, but they don't quite express themselves very colourful as you do.
