I'm doing a Tapped Out survey. Any Volunteers?

Whats the survey about ?

EDIT: i should really read post more careful
  • I don't mind the price of the boardwalk pieces and their exponential increase. That how this game works, it's a time bider. What I don't like is how ridiculously long it will take to have something nice. The quest for SP should all give you tiles, not money. I don't mind it taking 3 months to get all the tiles, I just think it's ridiculous how slow it is to build up enough for all the basic buildings, let alone any of the premiums.

Also we need dirt roads and more variations of generic decos like white tables and monocolored flowers. And there is literally no reason that placing concrete functions the same as placing roads. I mean, I assume roads are finicky because of the AI for the character, but literally nothing interacts with the concrete. There should be a one tile at a time option for that as well as several other terrain options.

This has all been said hundreds of times on here but there you go. I want all this done before anything else.
  • Wow, there isn't a single positive post in here. Why are you guys playing? :(

Come on, surely there is something you love about this game that makes you keep coming back?

I like how creative I can be with it. I've played every builder game out there and they all are heavily limited. This game is not, you have complete freedom to build something elaborate or plunk down 3,000 white houses in a farm.

I like that it truly can be played freely. There are tons of games like this that you can only get to a certain point and then no further without spending real money.

I like that each update seems to bring more free content than premium content (although many swear otherwise, but it's not true. Add it up, more free stuff).

I like that lately EA seems to be really listening and fixing problems that we post about quickly.

Just trying to give some positive to offset all the negative, lol.
  • I like most of the game task dialogue, a lot of it is well-written and funny and self-aware, which I find amusing.

I like the options that the game gives you in terms of task length, 45secs, to 1hr, to 24hrs, and the occasional task even longer. It allows you to play the game to suit your own schedule, mostly.

I like that it's about the Simpsons, I love that show.

  • they do all staff surveys at work.. people answer the survey then in the feed back section they write painfully long descriptions of why that was a bad survey. Works business is surveys and so they tend to get critqued quite badly.

Sounds fun I love this this game. Take it as it comes and it's awesome.
  • Neither. I'm a student who just finished a marketing research course and would love to apply it :)

Great comments guys. I've also been skimming through the forums from beginning to present so I think I have an idea of how to design the survey. See you in the morning!
  • The game is highly addicting and gets more and more expensive as the addiction wears on.
  • Hey so I finished the survey. I want to let it sit for a bit before sending it to you guys, so I'll come back later tonight to post it!
