Inexpensive tablet to play the game on?
I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7" and the game runs fine (Latest model is Tab 4). Get something with 1.5Gb RAM and you should be ok. Cost €150 Edit Also comes in 8"

The Kindle is probably one of the cheapest out there. I picked up the best version at the time for about 175 American dollars. It is massively limited in what other games you can play, but if you read a lot - it's a great deal (especially if you find free books on line instead of using the amazon store).
