Is lazy I ranch worth it? Premium item

I don't think it's available any more... but not really worth it if you don't already have lots of donuts. Cookie can prospect... but is that helpful? I suppose if you save up enough maps to send more than 1 character to prospect it's helpful.

Even though the event has finished, the Lazy I Ranch and Cookie are still available in the shop for everyone to buy.

It looks like Cookie is a new permanent addition to the game.

To be brutally honest if you have the spare doughnuts and like the character then purchase it, if you are just getting it to help with creating land deeds then I suspect its not worth it.

You forget that Homer, Wiggum and Moe are more often than not used to grind out event currency during events.

So I don't see how having Cookie as well Connie to help out with getting more Land Deeds is not helpful.

This is exactly the type of situation I have doing Recycling when during events are on. Since more often than not like I said before Homer, Wiggum and Moe are busy grinding out event currency.

That's why having premium characters like the Hippie, Jessie and Uter are handy to have to help doing Recycling.

Tasking these characters to generate a single map requires 3x deeds. Even with Jackpot Realty it'd be rare that you'd have enough deeds to task more than 3 characters at any one time.

When all else fails, buy everything haha
