Little Helper Ralph Won't Trigger

I could not find him in my inventory on my iPad, but was finally able to find him on my Android phone after putting Ralph on a one hour task. ALL THE WAY at the end of my inventory. Literally the last item. :oops:

Don't know if putting Ralph on the task made a difference...
