- I just got off of another fruitless EA live chat! Its the same runaround I dealt with last month when I ended up missing half the Easter event!
Im surprised though that they arent fixing this quicker since there seems to be so many people experiencing the same Origin login/crash issue. Last month when I was locked out I wasnt seeing the same number of complaints so Im guessing this one is more widespread!
Very frustrating!!! Please get it together EA!!! - DigitalBagginsNew Noviceyeah lets chock it up that EA just doesn't give a damn I am also locked out of that game no point opening up a ticket, they will close it 7 days later without a resolution.
- I would still open a ticket guys. No chat though, they're not listening anyway. Apparently they're still working on it (see bugs and issues forum thread) and we should get another update this week.

I did open a ticket it they had it unanswered for a week and then they closed it and they said you need to sit by while we fix it we can't give you a time frame. then they close my ticket and Here I am out $500 and nothing to play Snakeyees wrote:

Ok, that's really not cool. :( They could at least give you some compensation. When you can get in again, open a ticket again with the time you were unable to play, just to have it filed on your profile for next time.- I would like to suggest that all with issues related to the recent update and the malfunctions that followed to enter a description of your problems on this section of the forum:

Just describe your issues the best that you can. Then the next time you contact EA, you can refer to this collection of reports. It should be helpful if they ever take it seriously to address with a professional fix.

That's my guess as well. I emailed EA about it - whether they can add the Millhouse skin to my game (when, if I ever, I can finally get into the game) and no surprise - they haven't responded to that...
