Consider getting a Pod, that’s what I did the 4 months I was doing the same thing. I so understand the headaches. However the Pod turned out to be my best decision, cost the same as storage unit (little extra, but if I subtracted all the back and forth and gen hassle the extra was a boon) they dropped it off outside my front door so I was able to go in and get things I needed during the whole ordeal. At the end, I hired a couple muscle guys to bring all the furniture et al inside and Pods came and picked it up. Finito!!
Really made the work a lot easier. Mine was driven by unrevealed termite damage that actually had floors and walls buckling. Was the worst experience ever!!! And I’ve made it through a house fire.
