Loud Buzzing Sound and cannot log on

yea i think its the gift ring but i wont let me log in the loading just stops

Same thing for me. I have lots of friends in the same situation.

i'm also getting the harp sound and unable to log in. i'm looking to see if the issue is being addressed but can't find anything.

Me too, starting to wonder if they are ignoring us completely.

Same thing happened when I completed el chemistri. It has already been posted to the EA Answers HQ with no response as of yet.

Yeah, I get the chiming sound as well. I've logged out of Origin, and logged back in. Also, I've deleted the game and re-installed the game, as well. :cry:

Same problem here. Unlocked Ralph this morning and haven't been able to get back on since. Tried it on my ipad and mybiphone with the same problem on both. India log out and was ablemtomget the game going anonymously but still can't get on to me level 26. Please help, I've already lost one 20+ Springfield at the end of October I really don't think I can handle rebuilding again.

This sounds bad but pleased its not just me with the problem just hope it's fixed before time runs out for hearts as have nearly 2000 which would have been more if I was able to play the game ?

I just experienced the buzzing sound problem. I'm Level 26 and was doing my normal activities and just finished building El chemistro. Then it locked up with the buzz sound. I exited and came back in, same thing. rebooted the ipad. Same thing. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled, same thing. Tried playing on my iphone same thing. I can exit Origin and play anonymously. ugh!
