I think I saw this somewhere on here, but can't find it....how do you keep the building on screen from disappearing all the time?

Pics or you're a lair- One of M'nthster's tasks (I think the 12-hour but not sure) will bring it up from the depths.
- I noticed that R'lyeh has a dollar sign over the building when the income is ready so does that mean Wise Guy and Lucille can go here as well as M'nthster to keep the building around?
