Neighbour noticifcation suggestion

I suggested a long time ago that we need to pick One item and if it is placed in X spot or in front of something, like maybe a hail ants sign in the Simpson lawn means on vacation. It won't be 100 present accurate as somebody may already have that placed there as a normal deco but I think we could come up a deco list that is code.

EDIT maybe we could do it Morse code like with traffic cones as dot's and boardwalk benches as dashes? Just a thought as some newer players won't have jack o lanterns, they make a nice "o" and placed in landing zone?
