Crafting. It comes with part 7 of the main quest.- I noticed two of my neighbours had updated the second time I looked... dropped one in a town as i only had three available, then dropped TEN in @daved7637397 town then noticed that the 16 in the bottom bar had gone down to 5... don't know what reward or anything we get, or if it's the more you get in your town the more you collect as it's so much per lawyer, so me dropping ten has boosted Dave, where as one in the other isn't much... hmmmmm
