I'm gonna recommend a CLEAN reinstall to you.
1. Make sure you have a log in for the game. If you're playing anonymously this could lose you your game. You should also get your Mayhem ID from your settings menu just in case. You can't use it but a tech support person can.
2. Pull up the app manager and swipe the game away.
3. Uninstall the game.
4. Turn off your device.
5. Wait 15 to 20 seconds.
6. Turn on your device and install a fresh copy. If you're using an Apple device DO NOT reinstall from iTunes on your computer - that copy could be corrupt.
7. When you open the game DO NOT touch the screen except to enter your age and accept the license agreement until ALL the updates have finished downloading.
8. Log in
