New notifications

This is the onscreen message I got:

Although, when I went in, he hadn't visited. But I think he had visited the night before. So it might be delayed.

that was the same screen I had when it said so and so sent a friend request.

I was so shocked, I even missed what it said. I just swiped my screen too quickly since I have not seen that in forever

I haven't these as my notifications are turned off but i have been getting a lot more friends visiting my town the last couple of days, i was only having 1 or 2 a week before but i'm all of a sudden getting 2 or 3 a day now

I have noticed the same thing. I have been going through my list and trying to delete those who have not logged in and have gotten a few new friends who have visited, but I also chalked it up to people getting excited about Halloween and getting a "good and active" friends list read for the social part of the next update.


and now that you mention it, you deleted me as a friend, what gives?

I completely understand. That SP nonesese was causing all of us to act a little crazy and start purges. I remember how mad I was when someone tapped my dock. I started setting my alarm on my phone to not miss it.

I'm on android no notifications yet but I turned on push notifications, so let's see if that changes

I just got a notification on my iPad that someone had accepted a friend request and a separate one that said they had visited my town

Looks like it's not on Android yet

My notifications were on but alert was off-
I set my notifications to alert on--and will see if I get friend visit notifications-
