No turkey!?!

Nice try EA, but your veganism won't work. Thanksgiving is for eating a lot of food, turkey and hopefully watching the Cowboys lose. Homer better be eating turkey at the end of this event and the Meat Console better come down on them.

Lisa is no Oprah; because Oprah is powerful. All hail Oprah.

    Turkey Butt!
Used to be a snappy comeback to something another kid would say during the mid 1980s.

    Re: corned beef.
Yes. Tastes real good when you buy it on discount right after St. Patrick's Day when the store is scared of how they've got a huge pile of it still sitting there.

    What?

If it’s not clear to anyone at this point, it probably won’t be anytime soon, but EA has been pretty left leaning and the idea of thanksgiving is being contested for reasons I’d rather not discuss at risk of getting banned.

What better way protest a percieved evil than to replace it with the antithesis of said perceived evil?

Why they’d ever make a day about being thankful for the good we have, engorging ourselves with food (meat or non meat based) and spending time with family into some patronizing moral lecture that conflates issues that 99% of the player base doesn’t care about is beyond me.

I kinda wish they kept things on subject.

We get it. Vegans think they’re better than everyone else and it’s the new cool trend to pander to, but don’t do it at th cost of annoying your players.

Or perhaps we are a minority here and none of what I said even matters.

Thank you, someone gets it. To me it sounds Hollywood.

Like I said before, eat a lot of food and hopefully watch the Cowboys lose. Other than that, I get to be around the people I care most about and the best dog in the world. I'm very thankful for that. Plus, hopefully no Twitter crap from a certain person.

    Peace

If you want a turkey why not just run to the nearest shop that sells them

    Best option ever. :)

I work at a grocery store and we have tons. None of that curd crap Michael Stipe eats either. Plus we already have one.

But is it wrong to ask for a event like Thanksgiving not to be P.C? Lisa getting on her soapbox? They even brought out Quinn, who basically a sexist and proved Lisa was one too.
I loved this show because it was basically a poke at the tv family. It was pure satire. I watch and play for entertainment. I don't need to be told the president is a derogatory name that will be censored. Not to eat meat. What the hell was that Halloween section we just got done with?

Btw, I know you were being sarcastic and I commend anyone who does it because it's fun to laugh at people who don't get it.

Then again why complain? Life is to effin short.
