OK, just visited a neighbour and saw Norbert flying his little red plane all over the screen like Arnie Pye's helicopter. First, I realize this means that said neighbour is not exactly playing by the 'rules', but I'll worry about that later. But...
Please, please, PLEASE!!!!! Tell me we don't end up getting another character who ends up flying around the screen when we don't want him!
EDIT - Whaaaa??? You need the Tar Pits for his 24h task? Well that's just dumb. OK, I guess this guy takes the side of Gummy Pete as one of the non-24h task characters... :(

@Jonalinn After having Norbert flying for awhile now and working around him, I agree, he is nowhere near as troublesome as Arnie Pye's flying task. What a relief.
Grrr. Time to complain. He has the same problem when flying that Annie Pye has. If you tap near him it takes you to his landing spot. :'(

Darn, I have him busy again but I think the visuals ended up being 1 hour crack the whip and 4 hour flying his plane. There was a 24 hour but it wasn't marked as visual.
OK that makes two problematic 4-h tasks between Kodos and Norbert. Time to start avoiding those. I'm glad it's not 24h, since that's the one I use most.

Kodos is the 8 hour. Her only 4 hour is with Smithers (and she's on it alllll the time in my SF!).
Shame about his 4 hr. I use 4 hr tasks the most. Why do they keep making the flying characters work like this? Didn't they hear us complaining before?

I have to admit, I was relieved too! I use 4 hr tasks during the day and 8 hr overnight. And he has no alternate costume/skin that I can put him in (like Pye). So whew! We lucked out I think :)

Hi @Jonalinn, my Norbert has a 24-hour task open and I don't have the tar pits (I was still a freemium player during Superheroes I, and chose to set Spider Pig over Petroleus Rex during Superheroes II). Check your inventory for this - it's probably been stored.
I started playing after both superheroes events so I reckon it's not a surprise it's open for me, but I've yet to send him on it to see where he goes.....probably into a very crowded brown house :lol:
i set 4hr tasks during the day and I'm going to have to keep the plane on 24 hours it's just too bothersome. I've already clicked on it a number of times this morning.
I HATE pye with a passion and always keep him in stonecutters skin.

@00becker, you were right! Thanks for the suggestion.. my tar pits were in my inventory! Now, to get them out and place them.. that might be a problem lol :)
Norbert I noticed has a much smaller hitbox than Artie Pye or Fairy Kodos does, so you are less likely to tap on him when you are tapping on buildings, which I do like.
