Not being able to play?

I haven't been locked out. But I Lost my game and everything from Halloween.

So I feel ya.

I haven't been playing much, and I've been emailing EA to help fix my game.
  • Have EA got back to you? I've heard they are pretty useless when it comes down to stuff like this.

    They actually reply quick if your emailing back and forth. I'm awaiting reply from the techs to restore my game should email me by weds. They told me 7-10 days for reply.
  • Ive been locked out since Thanksgiving update and after buying a gold scratchie, happened on BOTH my devices so its an EA issue and they still havent fixed it...
