Was never able to claim "New Player Anniversary Calendar"

I am writing here now, since the "Help" said I should, since they seem to be unable to actually help me.
I was never able to claim the "New Player Anniversary Calendar" anywhere, as it didn't show up anywhere. I was able to claim everything else. I did all the "normal" fixes, like restarting the phone, the game, tried using different WiFis and mobile internet. I am not using additional software, add blockers, ROMs or OS.
