NPCs
Does anyone know if the NPCs contribute to the item limit? I mean I'm not near the limit, I've never had the item limit message like. I've got nearly all of them out and if they're just using up items...

have them all out wandering around
I use the dirt roads in 3 different places in my town, and the wiccans and the street sweeper travel between the 3 areas. Its not perfect, but at least there not always in the same place.
