Love a good horror movie but I'm so desensitised to them now. Plus these days 95% of horror movie producers/directors/writers know a good premise for a horror movie but then they turn to sh** half way through. Look at Insidious for example. Fantastic premise and really well executed until there was about half an hour left in the film. Wtf was with that horse demon looking thing crawling across the wall?
What's your favourite horror movie?
Lol I know what you mean.
I'm so used to horror movies since I was raised on them there's really not much that scares me when watching newer one's!
I have a lot of favorites but I'm going to have to keep it old school and stick with the Halloweens :)
What's your favorite all time horror film?Jay_Kay_4747 wrote:
You're going to laugh, and they're not reeaalllyyy horror movies, but the Saw franchise to me is brilliant. It almost played out like a TV series. Each movie led into the next one perfectly, and definitely some of the most creative deaths I've ever seen. Leigh Whannell and James Wan (creators of the first Saw) are Aussie boys and quite local to me. Their family are customers at my video store. :)
Favourite Australian movie?
I agree I loved all the Saws and every time they come on I insist on watching the even though I've seen them a hundred times lol
Wow that's wicked cool that their family is customers at your store must be nice.
It'd probably be Crocodile Dundee
What's your favorite comedy movie?- Favorite comedy movie would have to be "Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls". The part with the slinky and the temple stairs always cracks me up. Also, the part where they are reviewing the objectives with the overhead projector and Ace make shadow puppets make me laugh every timel. Also, the part where he comes out of the Rhino is great too. Several great parts.

Haha yeah I see them once every couple of months, mid-last year I actually interviewed one of his (Leigh Whannel's) little cousins for a job here.. but he interviewed poorly. I asked the question "What would you do if all of your work was done for the day?" to which he replied, "Stand around and talk to other workers."
I was shattered. That really is the wrong answer, especially when interviewing for a video store, when there is always work to do. I was looking forward to getting myself a signed poster or something. :lol:robertnbrand wrote:

Some time during the Valentines Day event.. I managed to get Phineas Q. Butterfat's and a couple of rose bushes and a single valentine's tree, but I had no idea of the existence of this forum, so didn't have the foggiest idea on how to get extra hearts quickly. I could've had Sir Putt-a-Lot's!!
Favourite Disney cartoon? I ask because I'm playing Aladdin in the store in the kids section right now. :P
Lol wow that's so crazy we both started playing at basically the same time as each other and I also didn't know about the forum existence at the time or I would've been able to get Sir Putt-A-Lot's as well
Plus I also was able to get a few ros? bushes and a valentines tree and afford to get Phineas Q. Butterfats lol we have quite a bit in common on that subject.
And yeah sounds like the poor guy had no idea on how to answer questions perfessionaly to get a job lol :?
I had quite a few of favorite Disney cartoons but mostly old school one's I enjoyed most I don't really watch Disney cartoons now but I'll name a few that I enjoyed even though some are movies lol
Monsters Inc.
All of the Toy Stories
Chicken Little
LILO And Stitch
The Lion King
And a few others but I'm going to keep it short.... :D

Marty McFly's shoes from Back to the Future, extremely limited. Some pairs were known to fetch up to $30,000. Crazy.

I like both but Mountain Dew is more common here so Mountain Dew.
A Video store is a place that hires dvd's out that you can watch once then return them.
What was the last thing you ate?
